POWER VINYASA

Named for the movement of proceeding through Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog, and Downward Facing Dog - this style of yoga is more advanced and challenges your practice. In studio, we move engaging our breath in a room set to 95 degrees.
All levels welcome, modifications offered.

YIN

Yin is a great opportunity for your body to slowly relax into gentle postures. Postures are held for long periods of time and props can be used. This practice is meant to help you lengthen and release at a gentle pace. All levels welcome

SLOW FLOW

One step down from a Power Vinyasa class, we move with our breath while holding the postures slightly longer than
a power class. Vinyasa is incorporated if the student would like.
Full Moon Flows offer this format but include time for meditation and self reflection, as well.

RESTORATIVE

Restorative is meant to help the body wind down. We hold the poses longer than a Yin Class but we use props to help our body to settle in to each pose. No active effort in the body. Great for all levels, especially those with injuries.

SCULPT

Sculpt is where we add weights to our practice. It is a higher intensity level class that focuses on working all parts of the body. We move through upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. All levels welcome! Modifications are always offered.
